Brand History
1994
The first offline safety valve calibration bench of kefeng was successfully developed by the company’s founder, Mr. Wang Chunnian.
1995
Shanghai kefeng Electromechanical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established. In the same year, kefeng equipment was designated as the teaching and examination equipment for the certification and assessment training of Chinese safety valve maintenance personnel.
1996
Successfully developed a universal guided valve grinding head and a dynamic grinder for safety valves.
2003
Obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification for the quality management system.
2006
Successfully developed a safety valve calibration bench equipped with an industrial PC system (standalone version).
2007
The developed eccentric‑disc clamp and the cylinder‑bottom‑acting safety‑valve calibration fixture have been put into production, significantly improving efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
2010
Successfully developed an automatic clamping, automatic feed-and-retract, and dual‑automatic mechanism, making operation safer and more convenient.
2012
The safety valve test bench’s computer system has been upgraded to a LAN‑based version, featuring a standalone database that facilitates information retrieval and management.
2013
A synchronous linkage mechanism for the three jaws of a safety valve calibration chuck has been successfully developed.
2014
Successfully developed a grinding mechanism for valve spools.
2015
“The Grinding Mechanism for Valve Seat Sealing Surfaces” has been authorized by the National Intellectual Property Administration and has been granted a utility model patent certificate.
2017
“A pressure display screen for a safety valve testing equipment control cabinet and a safety valve testing equipment control cabinet” has been authorized by the National Intellectual Property Administration, and a utility model patent certificate has been granted.
2020
Obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification for the quality management system.
