Safety Valve Pressure Setting Verification Bench
This model of safety valve set‑pressure verification bench is particularly well suited for high‑throughput medium‑ and low‑pressure safety valve calibration and maintenance stations, and is used for verifying the set pressure and assessing the sealing performance of safety valves.
Device Features
- Downward‑acting pneumatic clamping; no electricity required; no foundation needed.
- Dual‑dial display, with a switching mechanism for two‑range precision pressure gauges;
- The clamping mechanism employs a synchronized, linked eccentric‑disc design, eliminating the need to install a centering pad during calibration. This results in high operational efficiency, reduced labor intensity, and significant gas‑saving.

- The verification medium shall be nitrogen or clean compressed air, and the medium source shall be provided by the user.
