This model of safety valve set-pressure calibration bench is particularly well suited for the set-pressure verification and leakage testing of large-diameter, medium- and low-pressure safety valves.
Equipment Features
- Automatic clamping, automatic feed and retract, with a dual‑automatic pneumatic system; operation is safe and convenient.
- The large-caliber base has a low center of gravity, with a height from the ground to the work surface of ≤400 mm, which facilitates safe operation.
- The disc-type three‑claw holder is height‑adjustable to accommodate safety valves with flanges of varying thicknesses.
- A disc-type three‑claw self‑adjusting clamping structure, designed to accommodate the uneven, rough surface of the flange at the inlet of large‑diameter safety valves.
- Equipped with a foot‑pedal speed control button, it allows you to adjust the forward and backward speed of the foot pedal.
- Dual‑scale display, featuring a switching mechanism that allows selection between two precision pressure gauges based on the magnitude of the calibrated pressure.
