Safety Valve Pressure Setting Verification Bench
This model of safety valve set‑pressure verification bench is particularly well suited for boiler and pressure vessel inspection agencies, as well as medium‑sized valve maintenance stations in the chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, and power industries, where it is used for verifying the set pressure and testing the sealing performance of safety valves.
Scope of Application
The following types of safety valves can all be calibrated on this model of equipment:
- Full-lift and pilot-operated safety valves;
- Metric and imperial threaded safety valves;
- Various thick- and thin-walled flanged safety valves;
- Domestic and imported safety valves.
Equipment Features
- Pneumatic clamping mechanism—clean, fast, convenient, and with a low failure rate.
- It features a pneumatic clamping structure with multiple settings to accommodate different diameters and pressures.
- Dual‑gauge configuration, featuring three pressure‑range switching modes that adapt to the magnitude of the verification pressure.
- Specially designed double‑direction forged high‑and‑low‑profile foot brackets, suitable for flanged safety valves of varying thicknesses.
- A dedicated low‑pressure calibration system for pressures below 1.0 MPa is provided, making the verification of low‑pressure safety valves more convenient and accurate, while also protecting precision pressure gauges with small measurement ranges.

- The verification medium shall be nitrogen or clean compressed air, with the medium source provided by the user.
- This device is not intended for use in verifying other valves.
