Ultra-High Pressure Safety Valve Calibration and Set-Pressure Testing Bench
Used for setting the opening pressure and conducting sealing performance tests of safety valves operating with water media at high, medium, low, and ultra‑high pressures.
Scope of Application
- Applicable to high-, medium-, and low-pressure safety valves with a pressure rating of less than 100 MPa.
- Verify flanged safety valves with nominal diameters ranging from DN20 to DN200.
- ZG'/2"~2'/2" imperial threaded safety valve;
- Various full-lift and pilot-operated safety valves;
- Flanged safety valves of various thicknesses and shapes;
- Commonly used metric and imperial threaded safety valves;
- Domestic and imported safety valves.
Equipment Features
- Pneumatic clamping mechanism, convenient and quick to operate;
- The clamping force is continuously adjustable to accommodate various nominal diameters and pressures, making it suitable for safety valves of different pressure classes. This ensures secure clamping without damaging the valve flange.
- The water distribution and pressurization system can directly boost tap water to high pressure.
- Dual‑scale display, featuring a four‑range precision pressure gauge switching mechanism that adjusts according to the magnitude of the calibrated pressure.
- The safety guard plate for the high-pressure safety valve has been configured, significantly enhancing safety performance.
- The equipment is equipped with a safety valve and features an automatic overpressure‑triggered opening protection mechanism.
