Equipment Advantages

  • Given the wide size range and susceptibility to deformation of breather valves, the pressure‑setting test bench for breather valves employs an eccentric‑disc‑type pressure foot instead of a conventional clamping foot. This design accommodates variations in flange dimensions, and the larger contact area of the eccentric‑disc‑type pressure foot helps prevent flange deformation.
  • Due to the significant leakage of the breather valve, a larger-capacity air chamber suction structure has been specifically adopted.
  • Pneumatic clamping mechanism, convenient and quick to operate;
  • The equipment is made of stainless steel.

  • The verification medium shall be nitrogen or clean compressed air, and the medium source shall be provided by the user.
