It is used to accurately verify the positive and negative opening pressures of the breather valve and to conduct sealing tests, thereby ensuring vessel safety.

Equipment Advantages
- Given the wide size range and susceptibility to deformation of breather valves, the pressure‑setting test bench for breather valves employs an eccentric‑disc‑type pressure foot instead of a conventional clamping foot. This design accommodates variations in flange dimensions, and the larger contact area of the eccentric‑disc‑type pressure foot helps prevent flange deformation.
- Due to the significant leakage of the breather valve, a larger-capacity air chamber suction structure has been specifically adopted.

- The verification medium shall be nitrogen or clean compressed air, and the medium source shall be provided by the user.
