Breathing Valve Pressure-Setting Calibration Bench
Used to accurately verify the positive and negative opening pressures and perform sealing tests on breather valves, ensuring vessel safety. Suitable for flanged and threaded breather valves.
Equipment Features
- Given the wide size range and susceptibility to deformation of breather valves, the breather valve set‑pressure calibration bench employs an eccentric‑disc‑type pressure foot instead of a conventional clamping foot. This design accommodates variations in flange dimensions and, thanks to its larger contact area, helps prevent flange deformation.
- Due to the significant leakage of the breather valve, a larger-capacity air chamber suction structure has been specially adopted.
- A digital positive‑negative pressure gauge, calibrated and accredited by a national metrology institution, is employed.
- Easy and quick to operate.

- Maximum verification diameter: DN300mm (DN200mm and DN250mm are also available as optional configurations)
- Verify the respiratory value range: -50.0 kPa to +50 kPa.
- Applicable ambient temperature: -20°C to 60°C
- Verification accuracy: ±0.4%

- The verification medium shall be nitrogen or clean compressed air, with the medium source provided by the user.
- This device is not intended for use in verifying other valves.
