This model is particularly suitable for petrochemical, petroleum, metallurgical, and power‑generation enterprises, as well as for safety‑valve calibration stations under local technical supervision systems, and is used for set‑pressure verification and leakage‑tightness testing of safety valves.

Scope of Application

  • Verify high-, medium-, and low-pressure safety valves with a set pressure PS ≤ 15 MPa.
  • DN20–200 mm flanged safety valves (with optional maximum test diameters of DN250 mm and DN300 mm);
  • ZG'/2"~2²/2" imperial threaded safety valve;
  • Various full-lift and pilot-operated safety valves;
  • Flanged safety valves of various thicknesses and shapes;
  • Domestic and imported safety valves.

Equipment Features

  • Dual-seat pneumatic clamping structure:
    ① The small‑diameter seat‑clamp foot employs a synchronized, linked eccentric‑disc mechanism, eliminating the need to install a centering shim during calibration. It accommodates various nominal diameters, offering high efficiency, convenience, and speed while conserving compressed air.
    ② The large‑diameter seat is suitable for medium‑ and high‑pressure safety valves and features a three‑stage, controllable clamping force design that can be adjusted according to the set opening pressure.
  • Dual‑scale display, featuring a four‑range precision pressure gauge switching mechanism that adjusts according to the magnitude of the calibrated pressure.
  • A dedicated low‑pressure calibration system for pressures below 1.0 MPa is provided, making the verification of low‑pressure safety valves more convenient and accurate, while also protecting precision pressure gauges with small measurement ranges.
  • The safety guard plate of the high-pressure safety valve has been configured, significantly enhancing safety performance.
  • No electricity required, no foundation needed.
