A safety valve is an automatic valve whose sealing surfaces are typically flat, made of hard metal. It demands exceptionally high quality; the smoother and more polished the sealing surface, the better its sealing performance. To achieve these objectives, this model of lapping machine employs dynamic lapping of the valve seat and multi‑directional, multi‑trajectory lapping of the valve disc, complemented by large‑diameter, high‑hardness alloy lapping plates to optimize lapping quality.
Compared with manual lapping, dynamic lapping offers the advantages of ease of use and broad applicability, significantly boosting work efficiency while reducing labor intensity.
Equipment Features
- The operating principle of dynamic valve-seat lapping combines the high quality of manual lapping with the speed and labor-saving benefits of mechanical lapping.
- The valve‑disc lapping station features a triple‑path lapping trajectory, enabling multi‑directional, highly efficient, and comprehensive repair of the valve‑disc sealing surface. Equipped with a large‑diameter Φ450 mm hard‑alloy lapping plate, it can simultaneously lap valve discs of various sizes and models.
Technical Specifications
- The SFX-150T model is suitable for safety valves with nominal diameters ranging from DN25 to 150 mm and features a dual‑station rotary design for both the valve seat and the valve disc.
- Driven by single-phase 220V residential power;
- Imported components with variable-frequency speed control.
Configuration and Accessories
- A combination-type, high-hardness alloy grinding head for valve seat lapping is available in nine standard sizes: DN20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, and 150 mm.
- One 300×300 mm cast-iron rough-grinding plate for coarse grinding the valve disc, intended for manual rough grinding of severely damaged valve discs.
- Abrasive paste 280 # , 400 # , 800 # , 2000 # Two boxes each, for a total of eight boxes.
