Dynamic lapping for flat‑type safety valve sealing surfaces.
A safety valve is an automatic valve with exceptionally stringent requirements for sealing surface quality. This type of dynamic lapping machine is particularly well suited for lapping the flat sealing surfaces of safety valves. Compared with manual lapping, the dynamic lapping machine significantly enhances work efficiency, reduces labor intensity, and ensures consistent lapping quality.
Device Features
- The operating principle of the dynamic grinder combines the high quality of manual grinding with the speed and labor-saving benefits of mechanical grinding.
- The SFX-100 model is suitable for safety valves with nominal diameters ranging from DN32 to 100 mm and features a single-seat rotary valve body design.
- Driven by single-phase 220V household electricity;
- Imported components with variable-frequency speed control.
Configuration and Accessories
- A set of carbide grinding heads for valve seat lapping, available in seven sizes: DN25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, and 100 mm.
- One Φ300 mm coarse grinding plate for rough grinding of the valve core, and one Φ280 mm cemented carbide fine‑grinding plate for finish grinding of the valve core.
- Two boxes each of coarse, medium, fine, and ultra-fine grinding powders, for a total of eight boxes.
